Excellent location - very close and walking distance to the main attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and the cruise tours on the Bosphoros. Breakfast was very good too - and was enough for us to keep going until late afternoon/early dinner. The room was small but clean and comfortable enough for the two of us - we were out most of the day anyway!

Amazing location and great service! The location is fantastic – everything is within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels very safe. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We booked our transfer to and from the hotel through them, and everything went smoothly. The room was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, great location, just a walk away from the markets. When our online cruise did not get confirmed, they assisted at the last minute to book us a cruise which was cheaper than online.

Room was clean, and was cleaned daily. Bottled water was provided. Staff is young and uniformly excellent, helpful, polite, professional. The breakfast buffet had 50+ items, fantastic quality and choice!! Location is 10min walk from all key Istanbul historical sights, very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and everything was so clean, we were with a baby and the housekeeper changed our bed sheets and cleaned the room every day. Location is good too. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

I really like this place and couldn’t imagine the service would be of such a high standard. The staff are always willing to help. For example, I had some Wi-Fi connection issues and the staff helped me connect to different networks three times—even offering their personal hotspot. Another time, I asked when breakfast would start. The staff thought I might be rushing for a flight, so they even asked what time I would leave and considered adjusting the breakfast time just for me. OMG! Every day, the cleaner tidied the room and even organized our clothes. The breakfast was abundant and beautifully presented, with most dishes being traditional Turkish specialties. It was truly impressive. Their kindness and helpful attitude truly make this place wonderful.這個地方真的很棒！人好服務好！交通方便！

I was satisfied with the hotel and its facilities. The only issue was that the bathroom was very small. The location was excellent, and Mr. Yasin was very professional, kind, and helpful. You can communicate with him in English very well, and he always assists you — truly a great man. I only wish that Mr. Hakan from the kitchen service was as polite and attentive to the guests as Mr. Yasin, because unfortunately, he was quite unfriendly. Still, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Yasin again.
