Perfect location. Can walk to Grand bazaar and Galatia tower. Near public transport

We were very satisfied with hotel and staff especially Mr. Sadat. Next time we will book this hotel again, it has everything what we need.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable -- particularly Ahmet and Sedat who were utterly charming and helpful. I don't think my suitcase touched my hand from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out! There was a slight kerfuffle about the bed configuration we had asked for, but they had it sorted out promptly, offering us free tea and coffee while we waited. Location could not be better -- stepd from the Tunel and the T1 tram line, ferries, and everything you need.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit feels like coming home. From the moment we arrive, we feel like long-awaited guests. Mr. Sedat always welcomes us with great respect, care, and attention - we are truly grateful for his kindness. Mr. Ahmet is also always ready to help with anything we might need - thank you for your warmth and professionalism! Whenever possible, the reception generously offers us the best available room. The rooms are always spotless, fresh, and spacious, with everything you might need - even a toothbrush and toothpaste. The beds and pillows are simply sultan-worthy - the most comfortable we’ve ever had! Breakfast is delicious and full of variety. Every time we stay here, we feel special. The entire team does everything to make our stay perfect. Whenever we fly through Istanbul, we always choose this hotel.

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Fantastic view (7th floor room facing water). Rooms reasonably quiet. A little noise but easy to sleep. Unbeatable location. Good value. Very helpful service. Thanks Ahmet and Sedat.

Pretty much everything. Small hotel but large comfortable room with lovely double doors that opened out to the view of the Bosporus and Galata bridge. A terrific breakfast and a nice little bar on the top.

I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience was! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Sedat, the Hotel Manager, went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and answered all our questions with a smile. The location is absolutely fantastic—the views from the 8th floor are stunning, and you can really take in the beauty of the city! And let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I want to give a special thanks to Sedat and Sinan for their outstanding hospitality — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. They even offered me a free ride to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting — you’ll be well taken care of!

Very kind staff, amazing view from roof bar and restaurant as well, every day varied and delicious breakfast, perfect professional unseen room cleaning, with smiling room attendant. And the TOP of everything: they whished me a happy birthday after finished breakfast with a cake and candle on it!! I got the video about that. 🙂 Never had that experience, which I thank you for Sedat, who also handled everything with his kindness and consideration.

we travelled with a group of friends and booked 9 rooms in total from this hotel. We were warmly greeted by Sedat and Sinan with drinks and assigned us keys to our rooms upon check in. Both of them were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for any assistance. They were quick to solve any problems arising too. Breakfast was excellent spread of delicious food. Thankfully for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We are happy that they both help to load our bags into the 2 buses when we depart. Thank you for your excellent service.

Just about everything , the staff were super helpful , the room was great and the rooftop bar had the best views in Istanbul. Good location as well.

Lovely clean room in an excellent location, close to all attractions for us. The staff, especially the Front Office Manager, Sedat, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Would not look to stay anywhere else in Istanbul.

Really every detail was perfect, Ahmet and Harun make you fell like a home. Nice views, walkable to Galata and surroundings, very nice hotel at very nice price.
