It was clean, staff was good specially Muhammad who dealt with us. They provided water bottles when needed. Staff was there to help. We didn’t use their other facilities so no idea.

I felt like the room was so big that it was almost 5*. Bottled water was always available, and it was always nicely cleaned. Breakfast was good - mostly cheese and sweet dishes on the menu, less meat.

The hotel is excellent, and everything about it is wonderful. The value for money is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction and to present themselves in the best manner. Everything in the hotel was excellent — especially Mr. Adnan and Mr. Hussein from the reception. They were well-educated, fluent in English, helpful, and very welcoming. I arrived before the official check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to check in early. I am truly grateful to them and to all the staff, including the chefs, workers, and housekeeping team.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding and all the staff were professional and friendly — especially Begim, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. The restaurant was great with delicious food, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. There is parking available, and the location is very convenient — just 1 km from public transport and metro stations, and around 10 km from the city center. Highly recommended, especially for families. I would definitely stay here again!
