All facilities are good

everything was as expected, new building, the system for entering the apartment exceeded our expectations, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center with shops and restaurants

Location is brilliant- its literally less than an 8 minute walk and you are in old Kaleichi- its close to shops/ cafes and pharamcies. The tram stop to Fatih or the airport is a 3 minute walk. Loved the apartment- freedom to use as your own.

Location and parking availability was great for short stay and to explore the city Short walk (10 minutes max) to the old city. Quality of the accommodation and amenities was good. Has nice terrace /large balcony to have your morning tea (there were tea bags and instant coffee available- not always provided in many other places we stayed in Turkey) Beds were comfortable and management staff (Tatyana) was very responsive and guided clearly how to access the accommodation and on other topics that was very helpful for us arriving after long day travel. Good price to quality ratio.

Although we were a bit concerned with the location at arrival (the taxi had a difficult time finding the apartment) it turned out great. 10 min walk to Hadrian's Gate, 5 mins to great area with restaurants and shops, multiple grocery stores. We discovered the Necropolis Museum only a block from the apartment. We'd highly recommend a visit, especially while the Archeological Museum is closed for renovation. Apartment is roomy and comfortable.

The location was really convenient. Located near high street. Also had easy access to bus stops and tram stops. The host was really lovely and attentive to our needs as well. The place was clean and pleasant. Overall, had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

Enough space for 4 people, very clean and polite stuff

A very nice and spacious 2 level apartment. Good size and quality sofas in the living room. In general, the apartment has everything you need for staying and workers are always happy to help if you need something else. The beaches near the apartments are too small to feel relaxed. The nearest good beach is at least 40 minutes away by public transport.

The staff were amazing and did their best to ensure we have a pleasant stay.
