The property was ver clean. I liked the bathroom it looked as if it had been remodeled. The location was perfect close to tram and Old Town.

This guesthouse was probably the finest or one of the finest I have ever stayed at. The furnishings, decor, style, and cleanliness were top-notch..thanks to the expertise of the owner, an interior designer, by profession. The breakfast served was also fabulous. Fresh squeezed orange juice, wonderful coffee, and a typical Turkish breakfast spread was more than I could possibly eat, but I did a pretty good job of! Plus, the courtyard/garden area it was served in was peaceful and comfortable. The location, although a little difficult to find (by taxi), is tucked away in a quiet little area close to the hustle and bustle of all the restaurants, pubs, and shops, yet also a short walk to the park and coast.

If you're going to stay in Kaleici, you really couldn't do much better than Palm House 17. Was wonderful. :)

If we could give Palm House 17+ five Stars 🌟 we would. Alesia, Richard(and Bo the dog) made our trip perfect. We were there for a week during a heatwave where temps were 44° so spend a good deal of time inside a beautifully cool air conditioned room. Decorated to perfection with a blend of ottoman style furnishing and asian decor it was a pleasure to be there. They also had a fridge where we could store cold drinks and food, a quiet secluded lobby area where we played cards and sat into the early hours. There was even a record player with old Beatles LPs. They helped us to find a pharmacy that spoke english (blocked ear) and, due to our late flight, stored our luggage and allowed us to use the lobby and outside seating area to wait as long as we needed. Honestly book this property and you will have the best holiday possible!

Absolutely beautiful interior at the guest house and the staff were so accommodating and kind. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect, within walking distance from all cafes and restaurants. Lovely outside terrace area where you can enjoy the sunshine and drink endless Turkish tea.

Очень приветливая Алеся задержалась и разместила нас поздним вечером. В доме комфортное размещение, очень много дизайнерских деталей интерьера. Чувствуется что хозяева вложили в него душу. Кондиционеры работают очень тихо и создают отличный микроклимат в номерах.

La ubicación perfecta y el sitio chulisimo

Боже, какой это прекрасный отель! В нем прекрасно абсолютно всё: дизайн, расположение, завтрак, владельцы! Такое удовольствие окунуться в атмосферу любви, которой дышит этот маленький и очень уютный отель!

It’s location is perfect, in the centre, everything is close but the place is not noisy. The hotel is filled with art, it’s clean, and the garden is beautiful as well. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

The location was fantastic and you can see that there has been a lot of effort put in by the owners in putting this place up and maintaining it. The interiors are unique and if you are from anywhere other than the subcontinent, you sure are going to find the interiors an experience in itself. All in all, a definitely a good experience.

A charming guesthouse situated in the Old Town. It has a distinctive eclectic style, with a mix of rustic, contemporary & modern. Indian artifacts blended in with the Antalyan architecture & surroundings. Situated right near Karaalioglu Park, everything is a short walk away. Richard & Alesia the hosts were very communicative prior to our arrival & during our stay as well which was helpful.
