Beautiful all inclusive hotel with many pools and a nice beach. The food quality (and quantity) is unbelievable. The staff takes care you your every nees. The cocktails were really good.

It was an overall nice stay. Meals times were a little cahotic and sometimes it was difficult finding a table. There was a nice variety of food for all tastes. The room was nice although be had to call maintenance out from the beginning who drilled one side of the outside door shut to that the aircon would work properly.

The amazing team supported us, thanks to Khanzada who welcomed us and Nargiz and Maria who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable! Great facilities for babies, lots of fun activities, sports etc. one of the best hotels we've ever stayed

There were plenty of activities and the staff were exceptionally friendly — I would absolutely visit again. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive hotels in Turkey before, and this one has become my new favourite. The view from the room was beautiful, and the large windows made it even more enjoyable.

Everything was beautiful, we had also a free cabana offered and the service is amazing. Food is excellent and good for kids and family.

Beautiful surroundings, great entertainment and lots of fun for all ages. Food was great, Turkish themed buffet was the best.

🏨 Hospitality From the moment we arrived, every effort was made to make our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite, enjoyed a complimentary A La Carte dinner, and were given a late checkout which made our last day stress-free and so much more enjoyable. The Guest Relations team ensured we never had any problems and regularly checked in with us. Our cleaning lady was so friendly and worked flexibly to make sure the room was spotless whenever we returned. The lobby was posh, open 24 hours, and served high-quality drinks and snacks throughout the day and night. 👶 Kids Concept The resort truly lives up to its name “Kids Concept.” There are scheduled activities for children all day long, and the kids club is open from 8am until midnight every day. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely care for kids. Practical touches like having toilets everywhere and entire resort pram accessible and friendly meant we never struggled with our three year old. 🏖️ Beach The beach is very clean and well maintained, making it perfect for families and relaxing walks. On top of that, free branded ice creams such as Cornetto and Magnum were available from the beach bar along with exotic mocktails - rainbow being my personal favourite. 🍽️ Food Food is available literally all day at the Sofra and Snack Restaurants. The restaurant staff were really kind, always bringing drinks to the table and working tirelessly to enhance the customer experience. The quality of the food was excellent, with countless options including freshly grilled beef and chicken. Even though we arrived late at night, we were still able to enjoy the buffet that started at 11:30pm. ❤️ Overall Experience This resort goes above and beyond in every way. The combination of warm hospitality, family-friendly facilities, spotless cleanliness, excellent dining, and thoughtful touches creates an experience that is second to none.

Excellent service, wonderful variety of food, welcoming staff at reception and beyond. Shuttles for Jummah Salah and facilities for baby/toddlers at every turn. It is worth emphasising baby facilities, it includes provision of bottle sterilzers, Aptamil milk, boiled foods, pureed fruit and a blender for self prepared purees. Microwaves are also available for heating meals for the young ones.

The resort is fantastic and it was great place to be with every thing inside. The food is always there with unbelievable generosity. People going there do not yhimk of food or restaurants. You will feel as if your are in paradise you can eat at any time. Very Very delicious food. Most importantly I have a brother with DownSyndrom and the Hotel has supported me alot in terms of the room location close to the reception and my departure from the room was with generosity understanding from them my brother' concerns. ❤️ thank you very much for all workers who are always supportive with good heart.

Children water park and kids club

There is a lot to do in the hotel for children. Pools are great, also the beach is nice. Gym is spacey, has everything you need. Food was generally great, inernational alchoholic drinks were included. However my kid got diarrhea, vomited and high fever. The staff was kind to call the transport to hospital and change the bed in the middle of the night. Also guest relations made sure the next day that our kid was ok.
