Beautiful nature, attentive personal service from the guest relations (Ibraghim and Elmar) Very cute beach bar with lounge atmosphère . 3 separate beaches - so everyone can easily find his place. The stone beach is much more quiet. Cat friendly vibes. :) Warm sea at the end of octobre Nice girls working in the kids club open til 23.00!! Good size of the Water slides for the kids - interesting not only for the babies but for the kids 10-15 years old

We've had a great time staying at the resort with a group of friends and families. The facilities provide ample options for entertainment and our kids loved the beach and the waterslides. Food was very good at the 4 full service restaurants, but you need to get there early to avoid queues (or after 7:30pm) The staff is very attentive and the place is very clean. Despite large number of guests, the resort never felt overcrowded. The highlight of our stay was the spa treatment and massage - hands down one of the best massages we've had anywhere. Our 13 year old son had a chronic pain in his leg following a ski accident and the massage completely fixed all the pain for the first time in almost 2 years! Overall we've had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Chrystal Flora. Thank you!

The staff were kind and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. There’s also an option to get massages at the spa, which is a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly staff, we felt truly welcomed. Roof top live music in the evenings was a splendid surprise. Hamam at the spa and massage were great. Many activities during the day by the nice entertainment team. Shows were excellent (yet could be more frequent). Housing was cosy, area was functional with direct access to the sea and waterpark for all ages.

I would like to send a big thank to Ibrahim from Guest relations department, who made all the arrangements. Whenever you need anything, he is the right person to talk to.

This was our second stay at Crystal Flora so it is not a surprise I can write a very positive feedback , we really did have a great stay. Overall the hotel complex is quite large but 'human sized' area so there is plenty of space to move between several restaurants, pool and beach areas. The beach has plenty of sun loungers along the sandy shore as well as on two small jetties. (think to go down early with your towel if you prefer a place on a jetty). The main restaurant is large with fresh fruits, cheeses, desserts, etc as well as various cooked veg and fish & meat dishes....All inclusive provides white & red wines, beers and local versions of main spirits as well as plenty of soft drinks and water available even by the beach. There is also food available at the pool bar , café bar and a beach side restaurant ( which also doubles up for late night snacks ). There is a medium sized pool usedmore by families with children as well as a water park with slides....There are plenty of staff everywhere from lifeguards , entertainers, food & drinks staff, cleaners,...;it is a very well run hotel complex. The rooms are bright and clean in buildings of no more than 3 floors with 4 rooms per floor so this makes quite a small village of bulidings in a wooded area, again very well maintained. Overall this is a secure hotel complex and while the evening entertainment can go on till 11-12 , it is quite family oriented so the night is calm with no problems to sleep. It was a good balanced mix of adults with no children and family groups with pre-school or young children. A last call out is for all the staff who were always friendly and responsive. My family had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, has three private beaches (one is sandy), great water slides. Everything was as described or even better. The staff was very attentive, my son had a birthday and they brought us a cake, balloons and a bottle of wine. The food was delicious with a lot of great options. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everythin is very nice. Thanks to all the team and especially Mr Ibrahim, he is the Best Guest Relations Manager i have ever met.

Everything was excellent. Especially my child liked the aquapark and cabanas on the pier where you really can have luxurious rest in a cool and quiet environment. I was happy about everything, just WIFI should be improved, it was very good in the cabanas on the pier, but in the hotel room was unstable. Especially I recommend this hotel to single couples who can find here night shows, nice bars with amazing sea view. Especial many thanks to the manager of the hotel (don't know his name), Melisa and Elmar( staff working with guests), those 3 people were ultimately professional, very helpful and friendly. The person on check-in Rifat is not on his place, unfriendly and gives you zero information, avoid him.

The facility has everything to offer what you need to spend your holiday. The long beach with three piers was fantastic to enjoy the sun in the water, at the sand beach and on the piers. The room was updated providing all amenities a traveller would look for. Room was cleaned everyday and the free minibar was filled with new drinks as well. There are quite a few restaurants you can choose from and I have tried all of them and would only recommend to do the same in order to get the best out of the different cuisines. The main restaurant has changing grilled meat everyday and they do a very good job to prepare your meat to your taste. Just ask the friendly cook over the counter.

Choice of food

Nice resort. Huge choice of food. But mostly Turkish. What was supposed to be Italian or Mexican was really Turkish.
