The hospitality from the reception ane all staf are very kind , also the resturand the guy there is very polite and smiling all the time and everything is clean They provide me the taxi everytime within a minut also they provide me the tour agency I was luckuy of choosing that hotel

Near to the bus station, very convenient to me. Public transportation was near. The bed was huge. Nice room.

I'd like to thank all staff. Decent, smiley & respectful specially " Haroun El Rashid" the receptionist guy by night shift. Probably he's the only one speak English very well. Once I arrived late night, he gave me all info I need and & how much to pay for a bottle of water as some may cheat you with the price, & had a wonderful conversation with him about Trabzon. Thumb UP Bro. I'm already recommending this hotel to some of my collogues as well as a friend going soon. Hotel: "THERE IS WIFI IN THE HOTEL" Not as mentioned there's not, & there are Two elevators. Room: I haven't seen that before ever. For Muslims, there is a pray carpet & bearish in the room. 100 Thumb Up. I have booked double room, I got so wide triple room and even had a balcony. not wow view, but it give you feeling of staying in Apart-Hotel. The double bed was wider than normal & can have even 3 persons + another single wide bed as well. The bed is so comfortable and you have the feeling of diving in the bed because of its softness like in 5 stars hotels. Bathroom is also good, wide, the whole room is so clean, lighting is just perfect except one lamp hadn't a switch, but I screw it out when I get to sleep :) All facilities mentioned were exist Breakfast: It's Open buffet, even it's fixed everyday, but much of varieties. Multiple kind of cheese, jam, honey, egg, sausage, French fried potatoes, Salad and fruits plus definitely coffee & tea... etc. while the quality is unexpectedly good compared to the price. Location: Same as everyone mentioned before & I accepted before my arrival. It's in an industrial area, where are workshops for trucks & cars in this neighborhood BUT still safe even too late. Most of guests I saw during breakfast were families with kids and even travel agencies in city center know this hotel well. It's just 5 min to the airport and almost 10 min to city center.

It is a nice and clean hotel with best staff who are very helpful. Huge rooms with Smart Tvs. Good breakfast which they keep on replenishing until the time ends. Location is good, walking distance to Forum and close to shops etc.

Very nice staff , hotel room very comfortable , good breakfast , , all necessities provided , veery calm , made my stay at Trabzon a lot better. 100% will come back next time , close to airport and city.

Excellent hotel value for money. The room was large and spacious and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff, speaks English. Breakfast was great too, lots of variety. Upon arrival, brought a snack, fruit and nuts. Thank you very much, we all loved it!
