The pools and food were lovely

It was clean and the service was good

It was in a peaceful location, plenty of choice for food, good that there were two different pools based on if you prefer something more quiet or loud.

Good price/quality but don't expect super luxury. The place is a bit run down and does need some investment. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good. The beach is a 5 min walk. Irakli gave a warm welcome and knows everyones name, he makes sure you are having a good time. Some of the staff are more motivated/friendly than others. Mehmet from the beach bar and Nazar were also amazing! The cleaning staff works really hard. From antalya Otogar you can take a bus to kemer for 120 lira and then a small bus to kiris for 75, very easy! All in all, a good choice when on a budget!

Friendly staff, evening program

We had a great time at your hotel - the experience matched the price, and our children loved it just as much as we did! However, I'd like to suggest two improvements: English-speaking staff - As an international destination, more staff should speak English to avoid communication issues. Equal treatment for all guests - It was clear that Russian-speaking guests received priority in service and programs. Most activities were only in Russian, and we often felt like outsiders compared to how Russian guests were treated. We share this feedback to help improve an already enjoyable experience. Very good location, good food with many options and good quality, good pools for 24 hours and accommodation was accepted

The hotel is pretty nice, it has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, although it looks aged. The food was very good, diverse and it has a lot of options, steamed and baked stuff, fresh grills in some days and fresh fruits. If you only eat fries and crispy strips you will starve tho. The pools were big, 3 of them, one quiet, one with music and activities and one indoors, also quiet. Good amount of sunbeds at the pool and at the private beach. You can also get daily clean towels for the beach/pool. The beverages were ok at most, as you can expect from free alcohol. The cleaning was on point, with everyday room make-up if you wanted to. The private beach was pretty nice, with a beach bar that had beverages and some free and paid snacks. The water was clear and blueish, although the entrance in the water is somewhat steep, around 10-15 meters until deep waters. There are a lot of activities in the hotel program to keep you active, yoga, water gym and water games organized by the staff and party at the nights. They do end at around 00:00 so you can get good sleep. The room was pretty good, had a kettle with tea, laundry bag, bath stuff with hand soaps. The staff helped us when we needed.

Thanks to Vera we have been very confortable in our stay. She was a real help in our small issues. The hotel has all what we needed as a family including activities and events. At the end of our stay my wife lost her passport and Vera really helped her found it again.

The swimming pool was nice, the sauna and the food. Albina with her tours is a great organiser and very friendly.
