Clean and spacious Not overcrowded We would like to especially stand out and thank Murat from waitresses who was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot, he was so quick and so attentive, I don’t how how re remembers all his customers drinks of choice! Very impressive! Not only he was so quick and hard working but also had very friendly outgoing manner! Our stay was highlighted by his performance and we wish he would be rewarded and thought of a promotion as he is definitely a very capable person.

Excellent food quality and variety, excellent bars, amazing helpful staff, very clean, activities are good, night shows are fine but could be better.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. The welcome by the guest relations team was great. In particular Semina, who was always friendly, very funny, understanding, and knowledgeable about the hotel, nothing seemed to phase her. In fact she is best that I have experienced in Turkey and a credit to the team and hotel. The pool, beach area, and chalets were great to spend time at. Very nice staff at the restaurants, and A la cartes. The bar staff are always friendly, and made good drinks. The music concerts were very entertaining. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return. I felt relaxed afterwards, which what I needed. Thank you Susesi

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment that we arrived. The accommodation was excellent, the beds were comfortable and cleaning services were good. An excellent and varied choice of high-quality food and impeccable service. The spa facilities were of a high standard, and the treatments were very good. Plenty to keep our teenage children occupied and very enthusiastic entertainment staff. Free transfers to and from golf resorts, which was also very useful. I would recommend this hotel to any family and will happily return.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world—including in the U.S.—and I always thought the best customer service could only be found there. But Susesi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member was polite, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the size of the Turkish bath—it could’ve been slightly bigger. However, everything else was so wonderful that it far outweighed this small detail. I sincerely thank the hotel management and the guest relations team for such a memorable and pleasant stay. Staff were lovely. Incredibly warm reception & made us feel so relaxed. We celebrated a birthday & they made it so special. Food was delicious. We booked a suite that was perfect, room 1528. Tried the Italian A la carte that was superb. Delicious food & awesome spa. Elisa, Indra & Desi were simply magnificent in the spa ~ their Turkish spa & massage was amazing & so worth the money. It’s a safe place for all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. No complaints at all

The staff was very helpful, and the food was good. We enjoyed our time there and want to revisit it.

Staff was excellent, most went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check in process was the best we had up until now, we felt pampered. We will definitely return Green areas were generous and very well maintained. Themed restaurants were good, our favourite was Casia. (Asian) Entertainment was a very nice surprise, exceeded our expectations.

We booked a room quite spontaneous, it costed a lot, but we had a wonderful 360 degree terrace. The view was remarkable. I believe, it is worth its money. Great variety of food and drinks. Food is actually everyone in countless quantities (not sure if this is good or bad, I would significantly reduce the amount of served food). The sea is just next to the hotel, entertainment programme is also there (sort of political sometimes, but never mind). Pools are awesome!
