The staff were amazing, the baby care room is fantastic if you have a baby and the food was good, my partner is vegan and the vegan chouce was fantastic and well labeled.

Enough cool areas to relax when it is to hot outside. To be able to walk directly to the beach.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, and we appreciated the quality of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. However, one aspect significantly affected our experience: the transportation situation around the hotel. We found it very frustrating that Uber drivers were unable to pick us up directly at the hotel due to interference from local taxi drivers operating under fixed-price tariffs. On multiple occasions, we had to walk several minutes away from the hotel entrance just to meet our Uber, which was inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage or traveling at night. It felt as though guests were being pressured into using the local taxis, which often charged far more than app-based ride services for the same distance. This arrangement did not feel guest-friendly or transparent and gave the impression that external transport options were being intentionally restricted. We hope the hotel will take steps to ensure that guests have the freedom to choose their preferred mode of transportation without unnecessary obstacles.

We were very satisfied with our holiday! The service was extremely helpful and friendly – through WhatsApp we received quick answers to all our questions. The restaurants deserve special praise – both the food and the service were excellent. You could really see that the staff put in a lot of effort to make guests feel comfortable. The environment was beautiful and all employees were very polite, nobody tried to push anything on us. We would definitely like to return to this hotel. Before coming, I read some warnings that the food was not good or not varied, but in our opinion it was the opposite – absolutely amazing! There was plenty of everything. Restaurants were open even at night, and bottled water was always available in the bars and beach bar – you could take as much as you needed.

Everything was perfect!

A really nice sandy beach, kept well clean. It’s just half an hour away from the airport. It has multiple playgrounds with shades, baby pool with shades, splash park. Our little one loved the kids club. Foods were mostly delicious. It is great, especially for families with little kids:

Good location, clean beach and sea, decent variety of food. Very good facilities for babies – pool, playgrounds, attractions. We arrived 4 hours earlier than check-in time, but our room was already ready and we were allowed to check in immediately, which was very nice. The territory is large, so there is no feeling of crowding either at the pools or on the beach.

The lagoon rooms are nice and spacious. Plenty of swimming pools. Enough space, seating and sunbeds even in high season. Friendly staff.
