Hotelul arată f bine, este amplasat bine și are o mulțime de facilități: restaurante, bar lângă plajă, plajă privata aproape de hotel, loc de luat masa fix lângă plajă, personal amabil, însă chelnerii nu prea înțeleg limba engleză.

Fantastic location Welcoming and friendly staff

We had a great holiday here. The food was very good and varied catering for all tastes, the staff and service were excellent. Comfortable spacious and spotless rooms. The beach snack bar and entertainment area are on a different site a few minutes walk away. We liked this concept, it might not suit everyone though. We couldn't fault it. It exceeded our expectations.

Питание отличное, всегда есть выбор на любой вкус. Кафе на пляже тоже хорошее, большой выбор, все быстро и вкусно. Очень понравился сервис с приложением. Не нужно искать и ждать официанта, можно в приложении все выбрать, посмотреть картинки, описание, и очень быстро все приносят. Заселение тоже прошло быстро и комфортно. Дали шикарный номер с шезлонгами на балконе и видом на бассейн. Мы были в апреле и особо не купались, так что лежать на своем балконе на шезлонге было очень удобно. Персонал всегда позитивный, улыбчивый, вопросы быстро решают. Мы так поняли, что в основном отдыхающие немцы, так как персонал в первую очередь на немецком разговаривают с постояльцами, на английский видят только после того, как видят, что мы не понимаем по-немецки. Местоположение тоже очень понравилось. Жили в корпусе, который подальше от пляжа, рядом с большим бассейном. В номере тихо, вечерами слышно анимацию соседнего отеля, но не раздражает. Из отеля за полчаса можно дойти до старой части Сиде и побродить там. После выселения, пока ждали трансфер несколько часов, находились на территории отеля, сходили на обед и все услуги были доступны. Сервис отеля очень понравился, если будем в Сиде с удовольствием остановимся еще раз.

-Room came with kettle, bathroom products, slippers and a robe which made our stay pleasant and comfortable -Close to the beach which had a private area for hotel guests and the staff was attentive to take drink orders as we chilled on the sun lounges -Staff around all areas of the hotel were always attentive and helpful -the hotel's app to order drink and food in the various bars and restaurants was super convenient and the service was really quick -the main restaurant had really good variety of dishes and I like the effort made to change the dinner menu to different cuisines each night e.g. Japanese one night, the next day was Turkish and the following day was French :)
