Karaca Apart Hotel

I loved how accommodating the hosts were!! They gave amazing recommendations for what to do and where to go. The property was very clean, pool was very nice, and make sure to get the breakfast! Everything was delicious, homemade, and made with love.

The place is great: nice apartments for a group of 5 adults, pool and breakfast area. They are exactly as shown on pictures. The host are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very good value for money!

Good breakfast. There's pool and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. The owner is nice and chatty and arranged a boat trip with hotel pick-up and a taxi for us.

Family run, friendly, spacious, comfortable and clean. What more could I ask for? Will be returning. Thank you😁

The hotel is centrally-located but in a quiet side-road. It's only a few minutes' walk into town. Breakfast was excellent: varied, home-cooked and very tasty. Enver was very helpful and spoke English well. His wife is an excellent cook. The pool was great and good to have when temperatures were hot.

Been going to Dalyan for years, wish we’d stumbled upon this place sooner. Just fabulous, spotless, food is delicious especially the meatballs. Enver is such a lovely man, his wife & the other lady are just so lovely. This will now be our home from home when staying in Dalyan.

Breakfast was a bonus each morning and the staff were so helpful. It was a very small aparthotel and very friendly and relaxing. Will definitely return.

Property was clean, comfortable, great breakfast and great location. Ordered an evening meal too which was delicious! The owner also booked an excellent boat trip for us.

Great hotel close to town centre and harrbour. The hosts were kind and cheerful. If you are going to the town in the evening, bring mosquito repellent!

Lovely family run hotel.nothing too much trouble for our hosts. Lovely breakfast, and even when we got up late they made us some breakfast. Loved our late night chats with Enver the owner. Kettle and fridge in room. Enver arranged airport pick up and also our onward travel to ovacik. Also saved our legs a couple of times by taking us into town on his electric bike,although it's only a ten minute walk to turtle roundabout.

Our stay was super nice, staff couldn't have been nicer and helped us with everything we needed, recomending and booking tours to enjoy the area, turkish breakfast was great and super big, room and swiming pool were nice and as shown in pictures, location was great just 5 minute walk from downtown, and a great value for money

My wife and I had a great time staying at Karaca Apart Hotel. I already knew the owner Enver was very helpful, but he exceeded my expectations. As soon as we arrived, he helped us plan our trip and made all the arrangements for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more.

Very friendly host is a hero and star of this place. Very good breakfast, pleasant swimming pool. Great area for trips.

People are amazing, locations fantastic, breakfast delicious. Also we have ride for free to the centre on scouter:)

Extremely friendly and helpful family run small hotel. Delicious, large Turkish breakfast. Easy walk into town. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. The owner even took us to the airport and bought us a sandwich to have for breakfast as it was too early for the hotel breakfast.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Enver, Adile and Nuray, for a lovely holiday, you were the perfect hosts. Enver and his family were so kind and treat us like we were part of his family. Breakfast was served every morning and was gorgeous,all fresh produce Turkish style. The rooms were cleaned regularly,fresh bedding, new towels and fresh flowers arranged on the beds. Thank you Nuray. The pool area was kept immaculate There was a few tears when we left and we are hoping to return in October. Just brilliant.
