Guest Reviews

Momoko 8.0

Alisha was at the front desk and helped me carry my suitcase to the room. The check-in process was very easy and I was able to rest in my room right away. The hotel is also very close to Paddington Station, making it convenient to get to anywhere. The shower was warm and the room had large windows, making it comfortable enough for a solo traveller.

Great service, friendly staff

Ingrid 8.0

In general I have been very happy with the facilities and position of all the London Nox Hotels in which I have stayed. This one is no exception. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful reception staff (24 hours) who carried my case to the next door building and carefully placed it in a special room for safe keeping after check out. The bed was comfortable, the shower room clean and efficient and the wifi excellent. Also both the Lancaster Gate and Paddington hotels are very convenient for transport.
