The hotel was lovely. Really nice location, we got a room overlooking Inverness Castle which was amazing. Rooms were very spacious, had an amazing shower too. Pool , sauna and jacuzzi were all lovely too.
Lovely hotel, really nice friendly staff! Only problem was that the lift was broken and me and my friend had the top floor. Overall though a great weekend at this hotel. Food and drink excellent
A great hotel in an excellent central location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfy beds and a welcome radiator keeping the room warm and can be used to dry your shoes/ clothes. The spa facilities were a real highlight — lovely swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hotel also offers a great view of Inverness Castle, right opposite across the river, which adds to the overall charm.
The staff were very polite, professional and provided exceptional customer service. And assistance was consistently provided with a smile and a friendly manner.
