Guest Reviews
Clean. Staff great. Amazing breakfast.
I liked the bathroom (especially the shower), the bed aas comfortable and the location was close to the train station and an Asda. I also liked the two charging sockets on both sides of the bed and it being close to the bed. I liked the desk and large mirror.
Was easy to find and good to have parking space included in the price
Homely feel, friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice and fresh.
Great honest budget hotel, great exceeded expectations given the price
Great staff decent hotel for the money
Staff very friendly and helpful
Lovely breakfast and en suite facilities. Location is decent with its close proximity to the station, which in itself is only about 15 mins away from the city centre, and only a couple of stops away from kirkdale for access to attending goodison park or anfield.
Cleaniness, hospittaly was lovely
Location breakfast free parking and a warm welcome from the staff
Lovely hotel in a quiet location, a short train ride from the City centre. Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotless, warm and comfortable with plenty of storage and a great little shower room (fab shower & lovely little toiletries) Breakfast was served in the restaurant area, which has a fascinating wall mural. We had a full English, which was cooked to order piping hot and delicious. No budget bacon or sausages used there! We spent a very pleasant first evening chatting with the barman, and enjoying reasonably priced g&t's. A very enjoyable stay. We shall stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff who work so hard for their guests.
Traditional hotel not part of a chain. Good room and nice breakfast
Very comfortable rooms, clean and modern.
Breakfast was nice and very close location to the train station
Lovely little hotel, the room was basic but had everything you would need and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
