The Pink Pavillion is the epitome of feng shui. A welcoming, homely atmosphere perfectly in harmony with its modern and stylish design. The host, Lee and her sssistant were lovely and extremely helpful in personalising my stay. The facilities were ample, including an en-suite power shower, wardrobe, work space, incredibly comfortable bed and a faultless WiFi connection. The location couldn’t be better either, facing Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion, the hotel is also surrounded by some of the best restaurants and quirky creative shops in the area. The Pink Pavilion is a delightful gem.

Bed was comfortable and mattress was soft. Was perfect and ideal for a young couple on a weekend away. We were given fresh towels when we asked and for our arrival, we received bottles of water for free. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely consider staying again! Very much recommended!!

The establishment was 10/10. Lee the host was great and facilities were brilliant.

Helen 10.0

While it's obviously cheap and cheerful and therefore not the height of luxury, I found this a very friendly, clean and safe-feeling place to stay as a solo female traveller. There were lots of nice little touches in the room like tea and biscuits and little decorative touches that made it feel homely.

Located in a great location fairly close to the pier and shops. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy. Hosts were lovely and helpful with the horrendous parking Brighton has to offer and gave us some tips on where to try for a space. We will be back 100%

About This Hotel

Nestled in central Brighton at 12 Madeira Place, Pink Pavilion places you at the heart of the city’s energy. Just 200 metres from the iconic Brighton Pier and a short stroll to the seafront, this intimate hotel is made for guests who value style without sacrificing convenience. Ten boutique bedrooms offer a calm, well curated space after a day of exploring the town, and free WiFi helps you stay connected while you wander from the lanes to the coast. The property is a refined base that pairs city vitality with seaside ease, ideal for couples, friends, and those who want a memorable Brighton stay without the fuss of a larger hotel. The location is one of the strongest selling points. In a lively part of town, Pink Pavilion puts you within easy reach of the main sights, independent cafés, and a diverse mix of dining options. The pier and the seafront are a brief walk away, so you can combine coastal strolls with city sightseeing at your own pace. The area around Madeira Place is an authentic Brighton experience, offering a blend of convenience and atmosphere that makes everyday discoveries feel effortless. When it comes to beach access, the shoreline is close at hand. The esplanade beckons for long, leisurely walks, and you can enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat with sea views as your backdrop. While the on site listing does not highlight a pool, the proximity to Brighton’s famous coast means you can easily swap city heat for sea air and sunset sequences along the promenade. It is the sort of setting that appeals to travelers who want to make the most of a seaside break with minimal travel time between exploring and unwinding. Rooms at Pink Pavilion are described as boutique bedrooms designed for comfort and style. There are ten rooms in total, each crafted to offer a calm, contemporary feel after a day on foot, by bike, or along the water. The design approach emphasizes a clean, modern aesthetic with thoughtful touches that encourage a relaxed atmosphere. The property’s online narrative and guest imagery highlight comfortable beds and well kept spaces, signaling a focus on a good night’s sleep as an essential part of a great stay. While specific renovation notes are not listed, guests can expect a well maintained, stylish environment that supports a retreat like experience by the sea. Dining and drink options are not listed as on site facilities in the data, which means you may want to explore Brighton’s broad dining scene just beyond the doors of the hotel. The surrounding area offers a range of cafés and restaurants to suit different moods, whether you are after a casual breakfast before a day by the water or a more vibrant evening meal after exploring the city. The absence of a stated on site restaurant is common for boutique properties in this part of town, and many guests appreciate the freedom to sample local fare without long detours. Family friendliness is clearly defined in the hotel policies. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots, and the maximum occupancy per room is two guests. Children older than five years are welcome, and you are advised to add the number of children and their ages when searching to see correct prices and occupancy information. These conditions suggest Pink Pavilion is best suited for couples or two travelers seeking a compact, intimate base rather than larger family stays. If you are planning a trip with younger children, it is important to consider these limits when selecting a room. Relaxation and entertainment options are abundant in Brighton, and Pink Pavilion serves as a convenient portal to them. After a day of strolling along the seafront or exploring the city’s lanes, you can retreat to a comfortable boutique space that feels personal and relaxed. The hotel’s central location means you are never far from the city’s cultural offerings, lively nightlife, or seaside amusements, all of which can be easily reached on foot. Who is Pink Pavilion ideal for? It is a superb choice for couples and two friends who want a stylish, well located base in the heart of Brighton. The boutique design and intimate scale create a welcoming atmosphere that suits travelers who value character and proximity to the coast. With strong guest feedback across comfort, location, and service, Pink Pavilion offers reliable value for guests who prioritise a central location, easy beach access, and a tasteful, compact retreat by the sea.
