Guest Reviews
Reception 100%, lighting, neatness were excellent.
It was a fantastic location, I had never stayed at a hostel before and I was so pleased with how clean it was and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We booked a private suite so it was really convenient and the room had huge windows. Its a shame there was construction taking place but you could see the coast clearly from the floor to ceiling windows.
Spacious rooms
It was a lovely clean hotel room, very centrally located and at the best price
Room 103 4 beds, last weekend 104 8 beds, prefer the 4 bed, and next weekend i will return.the staff well I can not fault them in anyway. MANY THANKS. R.SHARPE.
Great quality hostel. Central location. Comfortable stay. I had to change rooms because of the poor hygiene of one of the guests and the hostel allowed me to change rooms with which I was very grateful. Fantastic staff. For a hostel you cannot get any better than this place.
Very helpful night staff👌
Great room and friendly staff
Location
Staff especially kind and helpful (Mario I think, and Claudia), location couldn’t be better (also conveniently very close to Gatwick bus).
Everything except one grumpy male member of staff
I think the location is perfect for someone new in the city to by things
