Guest Reviews
A gem of a hotel, great value for money with excellent gym and spa facilities and wonderful staff. We travelled for work reasons but it was also my partners birthday. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, and left us a birthday card and drink vouchers in the room. We stayed in a large first floor room with views over the golf course. We used the pool/sauna/steam room in the evening and went to the gym before breakfast the next day. Though the lodge is close to the road, the road noise wasn’t intrusive at all.
We particularly liked the 'leisure facilities' (gym, pool & spa). The room was fairly small, but warm and cosy! The staff on both Reception and in the Cafe area were very good.
Great Location, Great Value, Great facilities
Staff is very kind and professional, they are always there to help
Nice lodge and thought the idea was very quirky.
All staff were great. Facilities great EXCEPT a fridge in the room would have been a bonus. Gym/ food/ spa area/ bed/ pillows and room size all excellent. You can walk down the path into town. Took only about 15 minutes.
