Lovely room , hotel was lovely very clean comfortable
Both very good
Good location, some good staff, especially Gaby on reception.
The outside doesn't do the place justice. Sitting by the fire, playing chess (please invest in replacing the games) was lovely. The pianist was a perfect touch. Bar staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location to centre.
Very pleasant old style hotel
Was very happy with my 3 nights here ,smart warm hotel very impressed with lobby and huge bar/restrurant and magnificent view from there, nice deep bath, good WIFI, and a safe in the room, excellent breakfast as well , its very large old building but all things considered well up togeather and in a great sea front position near the train station and right on the main bus route to both torquay and paighton and the beach just over the road,
Nice sea view and good sized room. Comfortable lounge. Excellent position next to the train station and bus stops to Torquay and Brixham.
The location and sea views were great. The staff were friendly and profesional .
Being offered a lovely sea view room when my original room was pretty awful.
