Raj was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the superior room which was newly decorated and beautiful. The cooked breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Torquay and there's a bus stop is a minute walk from the hotel if you want to visit other parts of the area.

Quickly greeted by very friendly gentleman who sorted out a parking permit for nearby carpark as out back was full and showed us to our room which was very big, clean and well equipped.

Everything, staff friendly, room warm and extremely clean. Didn't book for breakfast, however was still asked if we would like breakfast upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very quiet for the majority of the night. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly and informative owner. Great English breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room, equipped with kettle, tea, coffee & milk plus a useful mini-fridge. Well situated for evening walks the the harbour pubs & restaurants. Carpark pass an added very useful extra, at no charge.

Everything from the warm welcome, to the breakfast was great! The location is brilliant, the rooms are clean, light and have everything you need. We had a slight issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) which was resolved in minutes by the lovely Raj, who went above and beyond to make our stay great!!

The emphasis on simplicity means you can unwind easily after a day on the sand or sightseeing. Some rooms feature balconies or terraces, offering a private spot to sip your morning coffee or simply enjoy the sea air. Renovation and refurbishment are reflected in the overall look, with contemporary styling that keeps the atmosphere welcoming rather than clinical. The result is a cohesive feel across the property, where guests notice the care that has gone into maintaining a tidy, well presented space. The rooms are compact rather than sprawling, but the smart use of space ensures generous storage, a comfortable seating area, and modern bathroom fittings that keep the vibe fresh and practical. Location is a real strength here. Being central in Torquay means you can stroll to the harbour within minutes and easily reach the town centre, where shops, cafés, and coastal walks are part of the daily rhythm.
