Hosts were absolutely amazing and went to great lengths to accommodate my brother who uses a walking aid. They are so friendly and give a warm welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful and location is spot on.Highly recommend this place 😁
Excellent location as short walking distance from seafront. Hosts really friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Really lovely to have a lounge downstairs to use in the evening.
Everything
It was easy to find and the location was great for walking to the seafront, Torquay station and the marina in Torquay, where there are many places to eat and drink. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. Tim and Vicky were so kind and accommodating, ensuring we were well looked after. They gave great tips of where to visit and made sure we had all we needed for breakfast which was delicious. Fantastic hosts :)

Very welcoming lovely hotel. Thank you Tim and Vicky for a fabulous stay. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms comfortable and cosy. Loved all the little touches like cookies left in the room, thank you! Tim and Vicky are perfect hosts and recommended places to visit during our stay. Would definitely recommend the Brandize. Thanks again Sarah, Dave and Cole.
Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Cookies for the kids was a lovely touch.
We just stayed 6 nights at this property and we had the most enjoyable time. The owners are welcoming and friendly and we felt very comfortable and at home here. The family bedroom had enough space and the beds were very comfortable. We had clean towels every day and there is a collapsible hanging gadget and wash bowel which came in handy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with complimentary chocolate on arrival. The breakfast was very good quality and we had options for fresh fruit and yogurt when we didn't want a full breakfast. The living room is relaxing and very peaceful I enjoyed using this space in the evening. They had a Ice making machine which came in handy when I wanted a nice drink at the end of the day.. The other guests were nice and we enjoyed a chit chat at breakfast. The beach wasn't far, in fact it was a beautiful walk through the abbey grounds which we enjoyed everyday. I normally stay in larger hotels but this totally changed my mind that a smaller property can make you feel like a home from home. I will definitely return and can't recommend this guesthouse enough. Thank you for a memorable holiday.
The location is excellent , the owners are lovely people and they are really helpful. The breakfast was perfect my son love Tims waffle .
We loved the warm welcome of the owners and their dedication to their work. Everything is spotlessly clean and handled with attention and care.

Excellent breakfast, brilliant hosts, spotlessly clean facilities and room. Friendly and inviting atmosphere.
We enjoyed an excellent breakfast every morning, with a range of British cooked breakfast, continental, fruit and pastries. Tim, Vicky and their son were very kind. They had awesome tips for our stay in the area. We stayed at the guest house with our two kids aged 5 and 8, and they especially liked the bunk bed and the living room downstairs with lots of board games. Very well suited for families with children!
It was a well presented property very clean
Excellent room and great breakfast
Great hosts, location. Parking. Breakfast was exceptional
