Guest Reviews
Petar is a supreme hotelier. Milka's reflects this. Parking right by the entrance. Bus stop to the city centre 50 yards away. From, right outside. The room I stayed is facing the street. I didn't hear any outside noise day or night. Bathroom and shower box, might be a bit tight for some. But as with the rest of the place. Clean as a whistle. Fair size wardrobe, (with hangers, full length mirror on door,) bedside drawers, large tele and desk and chair. Extra chair. Seperate 3/4 length mirror. Comfy bed and pillows. I slept soundly. I highly recommend Milka's and sincerely thank Petar and his staff for a very pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, it is on the main Iffley Road, 3 minutes from a bus stop and regular buses into the centre of Oxford..a 15 minute journey. There is a convenient local Coop nearby, and lovely walks in the área of Iffley Village just further along the road. The main road is busy but the double glazing shuts out most of the traffic noise. The facilities were great, we especially appreciated the kettle and the mini fridge.
Clean, cosy, comfortable with great facilities
I was welcomed by the owner on arrival and enjoyed a week at Milkas. The location was great!
Good welcome. Room serviced daily. Good bed Quiet ( other than a little traffic noise ). Excellent value for Oxford
It's a family business and everyone was extremely helpful. I lost my phone and they did everything they could to help me.
Comfortable stay. Good owners, very helpful and kind. Place was clean, good parking, cosy bed and good condition bathroom. TV was nice.
Very friendly and very clean
Petar and Marko, the hosts, were very polite and helpful.Wonderful people. The accomodation was beautifuly clean and comfortable.Fantastic location, too.Highly recommending.
Great location with of road parking, 20 minute walk to the centre of Oxford and a bus stop just outside. Petar was really lovely and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bottles of water. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and it was warm, free toiletries and plenty of towels.
Markos is a lovely, very humble, pleasant and very patient man. Thank you Markos for your kindness and patience in trying to resolve the shower water flow and it was so nice to talk to you today. God Bless you and your health and your family business. Cleanliness, comfortability, the bed etc
The accomodation was clean and charming. The owner was friendly and helpful. Easy to reach from the center of Oxford. About 30 min walk straight ahead. The surroundings also nice and bus station is just in front of the building.
Very clean, host very helpful and friendly
Milka's place is spotlessly clean, great value for money and really well located because you can park your car at the hotel and take a bus directly into the city and return directly to the hotel - you do not want to drive into the city! It's a nightmare. Milka is also personable and friendly he makes you feel very welcome as a guest .
Staff were available for us, responsive and very nice. Very clean!! And we had beautiful view of a garden from our room.
Great hostess Very good bus service to the City Center as the bus stops right in front of Milka’s Close walk to the river which is a lovely walk to the City Center Close to Iffley village and Locks
Very charming and well looked after. The streed can be a bit loud but Ohropax are your friend 👍 Really appreciated the treats down by the stairs. 😂 It's a bit outside of the city centre but I really loved the walk along the Thames.
Clean, well furnished, convenient and good value
Our room was spacious and clean, and we could park the car in front of the house. The host was very helpful.
Very charming little Hotel, we were very happy with everything :)
