Good location, close to the center, there's plenty of services, bars, and stores close by.

Gorgeous interior. Very comfortable bed. Very close to tram stop and bus stop.

Cinderella 9.0

The host was very nice as our room was not quite ready due to issues with another situation not involving us. She offered complimentary drink while we waited in the dining area. Everything looked very clean and beautifully designed. Comfortable couches and cold local draft beer.

Giovanna 9.0

The property is quiet and you can leave your windows wide open and enjoy the fresh air. Bed is quite firm as are the pillows. Service is excellent and the property is historic looking a clean. We had a wonderful two nights here before moving on to Glasgow.

Great location and value.

Elizabeth 8.0

Location was good, close to the Haymarket Station and also the tram stop. It was booked last minute as we had made a late decision to attend Edinburgh Fringe and most accommodation was already booked up.

Love, clean hotel close to lots of amenities. Lovely decor in bar area.

Robert 9.0

We appreciated the warm welcome, the spacious room with beautiful bathroom, the quiet garden view, the friendly conversation with the manager.

Ashley 9.0

It had a huge bathroom & the best mattress!!

Alejandra 8.0

The location was great, within walking distance to centre but if you want to save your steps the hotel is near the Haymarket station to the rail, tram, and buses. The room was clean and comfortable along with the bed. We appreciated the small fridge and water with refills each day. Staff was nice and accommodating.
