Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Great bath! Delicious coffee in the room, and wonderful little tea cakes really added a lovely touch. The beds snd pillows were comfortable. The location could not be better. Very close to absolutely everything. The restaurant and bar was lovely, and the food was good. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel in a great location right in the heart of it all with a very Impressive lounge / bar. Not too far up to the rooms with a lift available to all floors.

Great location right at the West End of Princes Street, lovely, clean, well equipped rooms, great shower and nice little touches like Tunnocks teacakes and proper coffee. Loved the room design, each room is themed on a different Scottish celebrity or famous person. The staff were lovely, we dropped our bags off before check in and arrived later and they'd been taken to the room. We didn't dine at the restaurant as we already had plans but it looked really nice and guests get a generous discount.

It’s in a perfect location, right in the centre of the city close to everything and the bus stop for the express bus to and from the airport is only a 2 minute walk. The room was comfortable, neat and tidy. The food was absolutely gorgeous, both for breakfasts and for evening meals in the cocktail bar.
