Guest Reviews
The bed was super comfy and the room itself was nice and warm which was especially nice coming in from the freezing weather every evening ! The staff were AMAZING and couldn’t have been more helpful. They kept our bags for us for most of the day after check out. If you don’t fancy walking 15/20 minutes to st.andrews square you can get a bus 3 minutes away from the property which we found great.
Location was quiet, not too touristy - and also easily walkable to see sights. Restaurants in area were phenomenal - great prices, quality and not touristy.
I love the scots :-)
Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and sites.
Location was great. Staff very friendly.
Nice comfortable room
Such a fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfy, great location, and wonderful hosts. Don't hesitate to book this spot if you are on a budget and still want some awesome accommodation. Thanks Meryam for your hospitality x
Staff, check-in and check-out were excellent. 20 minutes walk from royal mile. Quiet street and neighbors.
Great location, very spacious room - very helpful when we needed to leave luggage
We absolutely loved our room – it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The guest house is located in a very safe and quiet area, its close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
Meryam and Azad were kind, thoughtful hosts who ensured our stay was comfortable.
Nice quiet location, a lovely stroll to the city centre. Our hosts were lovely. Great spot to base ourselves for a few days in Edinburgh.
The manager was wonderful as was the cleaner. Pleasant, helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Great value for Money! The guest House gives great Access to the Touristy area of Edinburgh, the room was Clean, and comfortable with enough space to put down the bags, there was an Electric kettle Provided, bath room was shared with one other Party, which was Fine, there was a fridge in the corridor, very practical. Staff was friendly and helpful, Shops and Cafés etc are Close by. Furniture is a Bit old and used, but otherwise great stay
The room is really big with high ceilings, making it feel very spacious. The room is equipped with all basic stuff you will need for a simple stay. Don't expect anything fancy but with the price it's really good enough. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It's outside of the tourist area which is a great benefit. After a day of the crowded downtown it's very nice to get back to a quiet neighborhood with local restaurants nearby. I highly recommend going to Saint Mary's coffee shop when they open at 8:30, only a few blocks away for a good and fairly priced breakfast. Quiet, wi-fi, good food, nice staff and a good cause. In the other direction from Atlas Guest House are the Botanical Gardens - also a fine place for a respite from the more touristic areas.
Perfect location, hosts very welcoming - great restaurants very close by.
Nice quiet suburb easy walk to all the attractions Room was spacious & comfortable
