I had an amazing experience at Rixos Downtown! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is great — close to both the city center and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax. The pools and spa area were also exceptional. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Can be a bit overwhelmed when it's busy but overall they made our stay very pleasant. There was a really good food selection which we didn't get bored of over 7 days there. The Terrace meat restaurant was amazing. Loved the private beach access.

Everything was amazing.First of all Reception and Guest Relation staff were so polite and helpful,They even generously Upgraded our Room twice.property was always clean ,smells fresh,well managed and under supervision.Food was high quality,variety of items were available.staff was nice and smiling specially KANAAN,ALI,MEHMET and two precious asian looking ladies (I would not dare to ask their names Because me and my family named them ANGLES),outside bar staff specially MANI was incredible.Many thanks to AYLEEN who helped us so much in many cases and offered us best of Resort’s options.pool and the beach were clean ,calm and well maintained.The iconic fact of this Resort is the type of people who were reserved this property . They were high class,gentle guests and were there to spend nice days and get rest .It means the Resort is successful to proof itself as a High class five star serene property.wonderful.Many thanks.Definitely will be back.
