Location is excellent, very central in Old Town, Kaleici. Air-conditioned Rooms recently refurbished, small but comfortable. Breakfast is simple, andcomplete, served in the shade of the inner court.

The location is a bit away from the main restaurant area but at a walking distance. Breakfast options were good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are authentic caves and privacy is good. Good parking space. Value for money is good.
