Location, owners are quick to respond.

John has been very helpful. He prepared a booklet/guide with a lot of detailed information about where to eat and the transports. The housekeeper even found an item that we forgot in the room. The room was very clean.

The room was very clean and had all the basic services. There was a fridge and a microwave, so we could prepare small food for bringing during the day. We found a folder with all information and recommendations for our holiday in Edinburgh, very helpful! The indications were clear from booking to the stay, and good communication with the staff. They provided water, coffee and teas. The accommodation is only 15 mins walking distance from the city center, passing by a nice park close by. A pleasant stay, and definitely coming back next time in Edinburgh! Thanks John! 😁

Lovely place – clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach: great restaurants and cafés nearby, and the city centre just a 20-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and communication with the host was outstanding. Highly recommended!

The rooms were together, good sizes and super comfortable beds. Also excellent communication from John (the host). We were able to drop off our cases before checking in and also leave them the next day until ready to leave

Lovely guest house on a nice quiet street. It's not too far from the city center. We had a lovely couple of days looking at the University and exploring the beautiful city.

The location is superb—we could walk to all the main attractions of Edinburgh. Also, the street is rather quiet. The house is clean and tidy, but it's a bit old, with narrow stairs and creaky floors. The bathroom for our rooms was remodeled, though. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stay if you plan to explore Edinburgh or need to visit the University.

Very clean and tidy property.

Free parking is not easy to find and very expensive in Edinburgh, but this property has free parking. The host was very generous that milk and mineral waters were provided for free. The European decoration style of the room was lovely. Microwave oven and a very small refrigerator was available. We walked around 20 mins from the property and reached the town centre of Edinburgh. We passed through a beautiful park and the campus of university during the walk. The location of this property was quiet but convenient.

Great information for arrival, parking and getting in. Also for places to go to locally. Lovely clean, comfortable room with all of the facilities you could ask for. Lovely atmosphere.
