23 St Mary’s

Beautiful spacious room for 3 people. The beds were amongst the most comfortable I’ve slept in and l am a regular traveler. Spotlessly clean. Large car park extremely close: £10 per night which is amazing family. The hosts were very accommodating, very helpful and it was a pleasure to stay with you. Thank you Natasha

Great location. Very friendly staff. Easy to park although had to pay £10. Nice communal lounge .

Location excellent - close to center. Friendly staff. Only had breakfast one morning but there was good selection.

Cleaning, quite

Really simple to answer. Everything! Carol and the team looked after us so very well. Nothing was too much trouble. A real home from home.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Beautiful, comfy and in a very good position (a quiet street next to York Center). The staff is incredibly nice. I was on holiday with my dad, he doesn't speak English, and they managed to make him engaged in conversations about keys, breakfast, check out etc. The room is small, buh it' ok for a short holiday with family or friends. Really nice and clean and

Friendly staff very close to the city centre and really good value for money, rooms were so clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lovely staff, nice and quiet at night 😀

Very clean and very comfortable. We were on the top floor so the view felt open over the houses opposite (even though the trees in their back gardens meant you couldnt see that far). Short walk to the city centre and to the river and the station. Although we didn't have breakfast this time, it smelt lovely!

room very nice and a good size. bed was comfortable. view from room was interesting.

Welcoming and helpful lovely cosy rooms. Close to city centre

Lovely property clean and good distance from town

Good location, clean room, it was nice for a 1 night stay.

It is a very nice property where the details lave been taken care of. Very close to the train station and not too far from the center of York.

The room was great, the service was excellent. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

Very comfortable and homely, attractively decorated, very clean, lovely staff.

The breakfast was very good. The very kind housekeeper recommended we walk to town via a footpath leading through the ancient abbey ruins, and this was awesome! The house was very quiet at night. :)
