آراء الضيوف
It was very conveniently located especially as we arrived by train as the hotel was literally opposite Bath Spa station. Also taxis were parked outside the station. The rooms were comfortable and there was a lift . Also the lounge and restaurant were pleasant and the staff friendly.

Hotel was very clean with friendly staff, good chose of breakfast and great location for getting around Bath
Very convenient location, lovely friendly staff and very nice decor in the room. Also, the free tea and coffee and biscuits was a great complimentary addition.
Location was amazing and close to everything we wanted. Breakfasts were lovely and staff very attentive. Room was large and was nice to be able to book a triple room as travelled with my 25 year old daughter and her friend.
Great central location, lovely staff and classy feel.
Great location, spotless clean room, comfy bed, bath tub in room is splendid. Staffs are very professional while friendly.
The location was the best thing. It's directly opposite the station. Quiet at night despite this.
Excellent location right across from the station and a short walk to everything in Bath. Lots of charm. Great staff and nice pub downstairs. Soft sheets, in room French press and coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Location, the staff were brilliant and friendly. Breakfast was beautiful. Couldn't fault anyone really.
Location excellent. What's not to like about a hotel a few paces away from the station? Surprisingly quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful, really nice people. Quality of the food superb, breakfast cooked to perfection. Bed comfy and generous tea/coffee making facilities in my room. The bar was pleasant to sit in and for a single female traveller that's a really big deal
