Very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.
Very clean, beautiful room, ideal location for the city. On bus route. Friendly & helpful host.
Comfortable rooms in good location to get into city centre
Having a delicious breakfast served to our room was wonderful! All the extra touches like providing q-tips & cotton balls, & bathroom air freshener was appreciated. Having the parlour/living room to sit in and relax with a beverage at the end of our day was really nice!
did not have breakfast
Louise & Chris were lovely hosts, the room was lovely Ensuite compact but modern clean & good water pressure .Beautiful Breakfast served to our room each day ! Walked to the town . Highly recommend!
Beautiful and very comfortable! Everything was clean and we had an amazing breakfast. Easy bus stop into the city or just a short walk to shops.
Ground floor room. Comfortable bed.
The communication with the propritors was very good. Great location and we were given great advice on what was available. Clean and comfortable..
Good breakfast, good rooms, great hospitality! Overall great stay!
The room was spacious and very clean. I had a comfortable stay. I would use the property again and would recommend it.
Nice clean room. Had shower and the all important tea and coffee making facilities. Because there was no cooked breakfast you didn't have to get up early, and were left to your own devices.
All good
Comfy room, breakfast was amazing
Breakfast was great value for price, very friendly and helpful host. Room was very clean and had all that was needed
Great location and the room was very clean and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly.
Lovely hosts, in room facilities were fine, large bathroom. We were able to keep our bicycles in a locked area and off site parking at a nearby bowling club was offered. Parking in Bath is not common so this was a bonus. For £5 a day, we could leave the car where it was and enjoy walking or the local bus service to get around. The owners have set up a very helpful website which provided heaps of useful information about Bath, places to go, where to eat etc including discounted access to Thermae Spa which we took advantage of.
Lovely room with everything required. Owners were friendly and helpful.
A warm welcome from lovely hosts. A comfortable room with great facilities and an ideal location for Bath city centre. We would definitely recommend.
Fresh coffee and cafetière, guest lounge and fridge
