The Bath House Boutique B&B – IN-ROOM Breakfast – FREE parking

10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre which was great. Breakfast brought to your door, very nice touch 😃

A wonderful place to stay, in walking distance to all the city attractions. Comfortable bed, Room cleaned daily. Complimentary tray of tea/ coffee and biscuits well stocked with a good range. Even fresh milk in a small fridge in the room. Good breakfast choice delivered to the room. Wonderful staff, nothing too much trouble for them.

Location was perfect to walk to everything in Bath. Breakfasts amazing and the owners are so friendly and welcoming.

Great location ( out the way but not too far) hosts were great

Great location

I loved how welcoming and helpful the managers were! The room was very clean with helpful, written explanations. Breakfast delivered to the room was a special treat!!

Great location within walking distance of city centre

Sam and Steph were incredibly welcoming! Everything was very clean and tidy. The room had plenty of space, with thoughtful touches like biscuits in the fridge and plenty of hot drink options! It was in an excellent position and the parking was incredibly useful. It's only a short walk to all the local places of interest and we were sent through lots of helpful information, including restaurants and places that would be worth a visit. This was a great start to planning our trip! The breakfast was delicious, a real treat to have it in the room! Thank you for letting us stay, we'd definitely like to come back again soon!

Great having breakfast delivered to the room was all very efficient and good food

The innkeepers were incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. In-room breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic - very close to many sites we wanted to walk to - but just far enough away to be more peaceful.

Everything there was nothing to be negative about,a delightful small hotel.

Extremely nice young couple that ran the place. Breakfast was very good. Overall delightful experience close to the center of town.

Beautiful place, well equipped. Excellent location for exploring Bath whilst leaving the car parked up. Sam and Stephanie were lovely hosts. Sam makes a cracking poached egg 👌🏻
