The Littleton Arms

The Littleton Arms is an inn on St Michael’s Square in Penkridge, Staffordshire, in a 17th-century building with its old fireplaces and oak beams intact. The historic centre is about 150 metres away and the station under five minutes on foot.

Individually styled rooms have free WiFi, satellite TV, a hairdryer and a private bathroom. A continental breakfast is included. The restaurant serves British and Mediterranean dishes from seasonal local produce, and the bar pours cask ales and wines.

Free parking and a garden are available, and dogs stay for an extra charge. The M6 is a 5-minute drive and Wolverhampton about 20 minutes. It faces a busy road, so expect some noise.
