The staff were so attentive. If we had a query it was attended to within 5-10mins. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our apartment was at the top of the building however there was a lift plus about 15 steps to get to our apartment. This was initially an issue for me as I had attended for surgery. Once In The apartment I stayed in for the first week for recovery. We had doors that opened to a large patio area so I did not feel I missed out on anything. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for our visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Hani Bey, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Our stay at this property was absolutely outstanding. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and had a wonderfully homely feel. The location was perfect, having everything we needed within walking distance. The sights were beautiful. A special thank you goes to our host, Hani. He truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and responsiveness were remarkable, and he truly elevated our experience. We’ll always remember his kindness. The flexible check-in and check-out times, along with the convenient airport transfer service, were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city of Istanbul.

It feels like home . Staffs are so helpful. The nicer people I have seen in Turkey. They allow us to drop off our luggage for days as we travel to another city and also allow us for a late checkout. They are just amazing.

The value for its location was exceptional. Everything was near us using taxi’s as well as public transport. The mall was very close as well as many local shops that helped the tourists and were amazing. The staff were wonderful spoke many languages to accommodate our needs and had support 24/7. They never let us down.

Excellent location in terms of access to shops, restaraunts, shopping center (Cevahir) some historic places. However, if you do not follow your namaz for whatever reason, it may be somewhat loudy due to proximity to a large mosque. Try to stay on higher floors as noise from the street is also there. I like rooms, two bathrooms with plenty of space, nice receptionist who try to help you. Cheap places to eat nearby with nice local food.

Staff are great, for some reason the room i booked was not ready and they provide me with alternative on the spot, i usually use this hotel for one or two nights transit even though it is far from airport but located perfectly downtown where you can access all interesting places for quick shopping, food, souvenirs
