The owner was absolutely amazing from the time we arrived to leavening. The lodge it perfectly located near public transport or a walk into Edingbough town centre. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and well laid out. Kate who was watching the place for the landlords is an absolute gem, couldn't do enough. Very convenient for Edinburgh as the bus stop is almost outside. Also a convenience shop , fish and chips shop, and a Chinese restaurant 10 min walk away.

The owners Ted and Dot couldn’t do enough for us and Ted even done us a map and told us great places to visit, just for the helpfulness alone it’s one of the many reasons I would go back, we loved every minute. Even the littlest things like a fridge and microwave In the room with extra bowls and plates, knifes and forks etc all these little things were a great bonus.

Beautiful property and beautiful room. It is a great location with lovely surroundings and is right next to a bus stop which is handy for going into Edinburgh.
