Guest Reviews
Super friendly staff. Great restaurant. Really good location.
Location was excellent . Walking distance to Blue Mosque and tourist attractions.
Breakfast was good, location is excellent
Location is excellent. Breakfast very good - no Bloody Mary or Mimosas. Beds comfy. Staff extremely good. We were able to control our room's temperature. Soundproof windows work.
Great location, for the historic sites and restaurants. Perfect location for using the public transport system. Roof top lounge has wonderful views.
Location, helpful staff and cleanliness
Staff were exceptional in the service they provided. I had a couple of queries about the room and they were resolved promptly. Indeed, every request was resolved promptly. The two Front Desk Managers were always very pleasant and helpful. During my stay, I had a couple of very early morning departures, before the breakfast service began. I was provided with a breakfast to take away with me. This was offered to me. At the end of my stay, I asked to speak to the Manager to convey my appreciation of the service his staff had provided. The breakfast was very good. The views from the breakfast room and from the rooftop restaurant (which is open late) are exceptional. The location is superb.
Location was v good
Very good location and very clean, breakfast is perfect
We loved everything about this property. From location to the stunning views from the restaurant. It’s super convenient and comfortable to stay in. The staff was extremely friendly.
The breakfast spread was ample and delicious, and the view from the restaurant is fabulous. The staff were all so helpful. The location was perfect especially for a first time visit to Istanbul. The room was very comfortable.
The rooftop restaurant overlooking the Blue Mosque and Sofia
My favorite view from Istanbul is just at this rooftop. Hotel is perfectly located, staff is very helpful and they’ve organized tours, transfers and booked dining reservations for us. Very clean and comfortable.
Location excellent. Close to the main attractions, tram station, and metro. Panoramic view of the Bosphorus from the rooftop restaurant. Very good breakfast. Freshly squeezed orange juice would have been ideal.
Location was exceptional, rooms v clean. Very comfy bed. Breakfast very good. Fantastic rooftop terrace.
The staff the location everything
The location of the hotel is best placed to visit attractions, especially in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is perfect for a first-time visitor wanting to easily see all the historic sites. Everything is close...10 minutes or so. The restaurant was exceptional -- best food I had in Istanbul and the 360-view of the city from the restaurant and rooftop was spectacular. Seating is comfortable and venue is very pretty. Breakfast was plentiful -- something for everyone. Waiters and restaurant staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful -- answering questions, making recommendations, and helping me (traveled solo) easily navigate my way around. I would definitely return, but would opt for a larger room next time.
Breakfast was very good, location was excellent .
