I loved everything about it, including the location, the vibes, the indoor pool, and the beach.

Everything is absolutely spectacular. The food, the drinks, the facilities, the overall vibe. Everything. But the staff are the real shining star at this hotel. They are so attentive, thoughtful, caring and genuinely friendly. There are too many of them to name, but they made every day really great. The standard of the food is absolutely top class. I love the a la Carte style of service, and options are plentiful. The drinks were also spectacular. The bar men and ladies could make absolutely any cocktail I could think of, and they were made with very high quality ingredients. Absolutely delicious! The gym is also great. Not huge but it has everything one could need to get a decent workout. There’s also a great spa downstairs where you can access the sauna and steam room for free. We really loved the overall vibe at this hotel. Very chilled and relaxed. No rush for loungers and plenty of space for everyone. It is all very nicely spread out, and the pool is very nice to cool off in. The room was so comfy and kept extremely clean by the wonderful cleaners. They kept the room fully stocked up with fresh towels, sheets, drinks and snacks. 10/10.

The staff are so welcoming and eager to please. From the reception to the restaurants, swim up bar and room cleaners, everything is perfect. The food is exceptional, drinks top class!

Loved the experience, very tranquil…

A beautiful, spacious and at the same time cozy and clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely loved the lounge area, especially the chocolate and dessert bar. The cocktails in the bar were also fantastic. The staff are highly professional, warm, and provide genuinely friendly service. Breakfast was outstanding, with the Turkish breakfast at the Balkon restaurant on the second-floor terrace being a particular highlight.

Loved the people working there, very polite and pleasant, and more importantly, well trained that made us feel we really were on a good vacation.

The biggest and nicest pool I’ve ever seen in my life, big cabana on the beach, lovely stuff (although they can’t say “no” even if they can’t provide requested thing, such as normal green tea for example), great food at the beach restaurant, good thing you can use sister hotel facilities

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the section of the hotel to stay in. It would really exceed your expectations. Service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly and spoke English and helpful. Food was outstanding with different food selections every day. The main restaurant is open 24/7, and being an all-inclusive resort but not in an open buffet (you sit and they take your order) is a bonus. Also, they have 2 other restaurants in this part of the hotel where you can dine in but require reservation a day in advance. Also, you can dine in the restaurants in the other part of the hotel (the non-adult one). As for the beach, it is stunning, but I would recommend you get swimming shoes (there are rocks at the beginning of the shore only) but didn't bother me as they were soft stones. Water was cold for us. You would find sun beds, wasn't an issue but if you want to stay in Cabana, you would be required to book in advance even before you arrive (it's chargeable around 85 Euro, I think). The pool was really nice to relax in. Music throughout the day is all relaxing soft music, which was lovely. The spa was on point whereby they had experienced therapist from Bali. As for the night, this part of the hotel had a singing band every day by the beach bar from 9:30 to 11:30 and that is it for the activities. Again, this is a relaxing place and perfect for that purpose only. However, you do have full access to the Sister Hotel next door, whereby they have plenty of activities such as a sport bar and a stage with different shows every day. As for the rooms, they were really comfortable and sizable and new. On a side note, don't forget to ride the jet ski, it was a nice experience in the hotel (chargeable) All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

We had a really wonderful stay at The Residence. From the room, to the pool, the food, … literally everything was perfect! Special shoutout to the staff and waiters, who were extremly friendly and polite. It is also amazing that you are able to use all the facilities of the sister hotel. We didn’t want to leave!
