Alacati Kostem Hotel – Special Category

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Kostem Hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like part of the family. Special thanks to the wonderful manager, Serpil, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable with excellent local recommendations and help with reservations. The freshly prepared Turkish breakfasts each morning were a highlight, delicious, beautifully presented, and made to preference. Overall, the service, hospitality, and value for money exceeded all expectations.

Merkezi konumu, güleryüzlü hizmeti ve karşılaması. O kadar merkezi komuna rağmen sessiz ve konforlu odası. Yatak kalitesi, sabun kokulu nevresimleri. Sessiz çalışan merkezi kliması. Alaçatı’ya özgü çok keyifli dekore edilmiş, babaanne evinizdeymişsiniz gibi yaşanmışlık hissettiren mimarisi ve mobilyaları. Kendi çiftliklerinden gelen doğal ve tazecik ürünleri, tam kararında ölçülerde hiç ziyan olmayacak şekilde her gün değişen çeşitliliği ile çok keyifli ortamda elleriyle hazırlayarak sunulukları kahvaltısı. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Alacati, pero a la vez está aislado del ruido. Estaba también muy limpio

Very kindly stuff, great location. The breakfast was delicious and they provided us additional meal as we asked.

The location of the hotel is the best at the center and at the entrance of Alaçati, you will feel like you are in your home, the staff was very friendly specially Bayezid was very helpful and supportive, the room was cozy, the breakfast was fresh and organic and will enjoy the garden area of the hotel, you can also enjoy and find the old Antiques in the reception, sure I will stay at the place again for my next visits to Alaçati

A cozy family hotel in an authentic house with interesting furniture. Everything is thought out and done well. There is a patio with a pomegranate tree.

Ein unglaublich nettes Personal mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstück. Durch die gute Lage des Hotels waren wir sofort in der Innenstadt und hatten auch direkt um der Ecke eine Haltestelle der Taxis . Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen. Hiermit möchte ich auch noch mein herzlichstes Dank an das Personal richten.

Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist top.

An hidden gem in the Alaçatı center. Bright and cozy bedroom, clean bathroom and tastefully decorated common areas. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and they made us feel like home. Beautiful authentic Turkish breakfast with organic food.

The lady who welcomed us was amazingly sweet, the hotel was in the middle of the centrum, very clean and big room.
