We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Before arriving, we read some negative reviews and were unsure about booking, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Our experience was completely different from what we expected — in a good way! We highly recommend this place to everyone.

We were a family and stayed here in late Sep. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Staff were very cooperative and working very hard for an Ultra All inclusive experience. Amazing pools, Aqua park was brilliant, nice beach with frequent shuttle service and good amenities in the hotel itself to have a fun time. Rooms were clean in Block 1 and there was always someone at reception to help us out. Thanks to Mehmet from Seramoni working at the resort helping guests to plan excursions.
