Albatros Hagia Sophia Hotel

The location was excellent as well as the breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially when organising an early breakfast prior to a booked tour. The room was quiet for a hotel.

The hotel is situated in the very center of old city- it’s very convenient to reach it from the airport by new bus. The staff was very polite. The general manager Dmitry made all the best for the hotel guests. Thanks a lot!

The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the historical landmarks of this magical city. The grand mosques are a 5 minute walk, grand bazaar 12 minutes as well as the vibrant Eminonu district. The breakfast was good, room AC excellent and the beds were comfortable.

Location was excellent

Great location. Sultanahmet square was a 5 min walk. Very accommodating staff. Also offer good transport services and some tours. Breakfast buffet was good and had various options.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the reception staff for their warm and professional service during my stay. especially Mr. Dimitri, who was exceptionally kind and hospitable. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met immediately and with a smile. His helpful attitude and genuine care truly made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a truly lovely stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the incredible staff who made our experience unforgettable. The receptionist in the evening (unfortunately I forgot his name sorry my Turkish Brother) was always very kind, polite, and friendly with us. He helped us a lot, gave great local tips, and my son Alparslan absolutely adored him. We’ll definitely bring a small gift next time – I won’t forget his kind gesture! Our room was beautiful, perfectly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was spacious enough for three adults and my son, who especially loved the terrace. I also want to give special thanks to the lady at breakfast with black hair – she was unbelievably kind and helpful. I had a personal emergency one morning, and she assisted me immediately, like a caring sister. I’ll always be grateful for that.
