Guest Reviews
the breakfast was the best, i had a variety of food to choose from the buffet including drinks and water as well.
Great location right by the Blue Mosque. Nice and safe park to walk around at night when there is less crowd. All the staff are friendly especially Hakan, extremely helpful and pleasant.
An amazing location opposite the Blue mosque. A few minutes walk to tramline 1 to Eminonu. Plenty of local restaurants. A great breakfast ,hot and cold, with the breakfast room overlooking the scenery. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We loved the location and the view from our room was top notch. Housekeeping were very good and cleaned our room daily. We would happily stay again.
Great location at the right price point.
great location. very helpful staff, decent breakfast, great rooftop view , easy to find!!!!.
Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The staff were so kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and spacious. We loved having a private hallway entrance, and it was perfect that my teenage son had his own room just across from ours. The cleaner came daily and did an amazing job — she even folded my son’s clothes that he left on the floor, which was such a lovely touch! The hospitality team were wonderful, always happy to help and made us feel really welcome. A fantastic hotel with outstanding service — we would definitely stay again!
Clean room, great service thanks
Location, friendliness of staff (Enes was wonderful, and so was the other young gentleman who worked the afternoon shifts), our room was cleaned and refreshed each day. Daily breakfast was wonderful. Also we had a very early flight departure (08:00 am) so we left the hotel around 4:00 am. Because we were going to miss breakfast that day, Enes provided us with 5 breakfast sandwiches and drinks for our family to have in the cab while on our way to the airport! So very thoughtful and nice! Highly recommend this this hotel!
Location was excellent, great building, well decorated.
Had a great stay. Awesome location and a room that met our expectations. Staff were superb and the taxi transfer we booked was superb. I would advise leaving 4 hours before your flight in day light hours due to the traffic in Istanbul.
The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the action where most turistic attractions are. The upper rooms offer a good view of the Sultanahmet square, but the lower rooms not so much. The breakfast is great and the personnel very accomodating. The views from the top terracs where the breakfast is served that eveyone is mentioning in their reviews, are ideed very nice. You can see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia , a bit of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara. The beds are good and there are rugs in the some of the rooms, sometimes they are removed, but I didn't understand the reason. Not a big deal. Book the tranportation from and to the airport from Booking.com, the prices are much better than what the hotel will offer or what the taxis will charge. Be aware! The persnnel was curteous, but in particular there was a young receptionist who was speaking good English and helped us choosing the best routes and minimize the time spent on the roads. It was a nice surprise as English is not widely spoken in Turkey.
This hotel is a true gem. It's right in front of the Blue Mosque. Very clean with large rooms, it offers great breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The location was incredible, directly across from the Blue Mosque & within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The rooftop breakfast was an amazing surprise!
Good location near Blue mosque. Good place to sit outside.
Friendly staff: contacted me as soon as I booked, ensuring I was happy with the booking. At reception staff were so helpful, friendly and polite regardless of who was on duty. Breakfast on the top floor was a delight with an excellent view, a wide variety of food and again polite, helpful staff. Hotel room was spotless as were the hallways, stairs and reception area. The cleaners were super friendly, professional and I loved the fact that the hotel encouraged environmentally friendly practices regarding saving water and energy. Finally an excellent location right opposite to the blue mosque!
Location
Lovely room with comfy bed and everything you need. Great shower water pressure. Breakfast had a fab spread with amazing views of blue mosque and Sea of Marmara. Very helpful staff. Clean and friendly
The staff went out if their way to assist us with everything. They really walked the extra mile. Location of hotel is in the middle of Sultanahmet. No need for bus, tram or taxi. Walking distance to every market, Mosque etc. I can recommend this Hotel. Old world charm. Staff really great, breakfast also very delicious
Staff and room were fine, but the location is what made it amazing.
