The family room was very spacious my daughter and partner and their grandson were very comfortable. I had a single room with a comfy bed, perfect for my needs. A special thank you to Marlene who checked us in and made sure we were looked after. She went the extra mile. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the botanic gardens which we were visiting.

Manager was a gem! Super lady that took great care of us and explained everything to us, including the parking. Parking was awesome too! Private. The hotel is very quaint, and I loved the style. And when the manager told us everything downtown for food or drinks is great, she was right! We had the best meal in all of our trip to Scotland, right there 1/4 mile from our little hotel. Fantastic atmosphere and vibe in that area. Super safe. Young and old out to all hours in the district!

Great location in the beautiful West End of Glasgow just on the Kelvin walkway. The hotel is very cozy and clean, it's centrally located yet very quiet. The beds are confortable, and you have all the essentials in your room. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Stefania 9.0

The location was great (although if you have a car and aren’t successful at grabbing one of the 8-10 “reserved” private spaces, public parking was VERY expensive). The triple room we had was spacious but for the very tiny bathroom (room 21). The water was nice and hot and the water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The staff were great, especially Neil and Diana.

Tejaswini 9.0

Well located, close to Murano student dorms and Univ of Glasgow without having to be in downtown. Friendly and helpful staff make the visit feel more homey than a large hotel.

Chris 8.0

Great location

Elaine 8.0

Could have provided a face flannel/cloth

Kalvan 8.0

Well situated to the botanical gardens plus bars/restaurants. Nice and clean and clean throughout.

Eileen 9.0

Great location, pretty, leafy and quiet but also close to shops and restaurants on Byres Road. William cafe on Queen Margaret Drive nearby is a fantastic place for breakfast if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.
