My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and spotless. Martha was so warm and welcoming as well as cooking me a nice english breakfast. highly recommend.
Location,clean
Nothing to dislike!
- Comfortable bed - Very clean - The shower was great, very high water pressure - Convenient location, near Brighton centre and Hove - Checking in and out was a breeze, the guy on the desk was very helpful.
Comfortable and quiet
Spotlessly clean and nice and warm.
Nice location very close to the waterfront. The room had nice heating and a fluffy duvet on a cold weekend. I enjoyed a traditional cooked breakfast, which was very affordable. The WiFi (on the top floor) was good. I would happily stay at this accommodation again.
Great value for money, central location. Very friendly staff.
The location is spot on, it is right in the midst of the town with some excellent restaurants nearby.
Clean,quite very close to centre
Amazing staff, super friendly, really made the stay. It's convenient for the beach front and town and the conference we were attending.
Perfect location for the Brighton centre gig we were going to lots of local restaurants
The guesthouse is ideally locally in a quiet street but only a few yards from the sea. The lady at reception was very welcoming. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Would recommend.
The Staff was super nice and the room very clean. I loved that there was a lot of space for the bathroom things, it’s not so common
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is just a minute's walk from the seaside.
The bathroom and room were super clean overall. I believe the bathrooom was updated recently. I had a great sleep on the comfy matress. I got the sense that the interior of the hotel was painted recently with a fresh white paint. The front entrance was secured with double doors. The hotel is close to the seaside and is on a small quite street.
As described, nice clean and friendly. Good value for money
Convenient location . Quiet room.
Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast. Clean and comfy and quiet. Good location near sea front and short walk from the station.
About This Hotel
Andorra Guest Accommodation sits on Oriental Place, a refined townhouse just a short stroll from Brighton’s seafront. The property offers 11 en suite rooms and free WiFi throughout, delivering a comfortable base with a personal touch. It presents a quiet alternative to larger hotels while remaining within easy reach of Brighton city centre, which is a ten minute walk away. This combination of sea proximity and urban accessibility makes it a practical choice for travelers who want to combine beach time with daytime sightseeing. Location is the central feature here. Being close to the seafront means you can start a day with a gentle shoreline walk or simply enjoy the view from your windows after a busy morning. The listing does not mention an on site pool, so the experience emphasizes the sea and the surrounding streets rather than resort style amenities. Guests who prefer a low key, authentic Brighton experience will appreciate the chance to explore on foot and discover local cafes, independent shops and cultural attractions without long transfers. Room comfort is straightforward and solid. The 11 rooms are described as en suite, a practical setup that keeps mornings simple and private. Photos associated with the listing depict beds and seating areas, as well as wardrobes and clean bathrooms, suggesting a tidy, well maintained space designed for wake up calls and restful nights. The property portrays itself as an elegant townhouse, a term that hints at character and period charm while still meeting essential modern standards such as reliable WiFi and comfortable bedding. While renovation dates are not disclosed, the emphasis on en suite facilities and consistent presentation signals attention to upkeep. Food and beverage options are not listed on the page, which means guests should plan meals either outside the property or in nearby venues. In a city like Brighton, there are abundant dining choices just steps from most central accommodations, offering breakfasts, light meals and dinners to suit every budget. The absence of a fixed dining schedule can be a benefit for travelers who want freedom to plan mornings around beach time and evenings around exploring different neighborhoods. For guests who value privacy, the lack of on site dining can also mean a quieter retreat at the end of the day. Family friendliness and groups are clearly considered. The listing states that children of any age are welcome and that the maximum occupancy is four guests. With 11 rooms in total, Andorra Guest Accommodation provides an intimate environment that can feel more like a home away from home than a large hotel. This setup is ideal for small families, couples traveling together or a trio of friends. In the surrounding area there are options for activities such as cycling and other outdoor pursuits that guests may enjoy when weather allows, making it easy to balance downtime with time spent exploring the city and coastline. Relaxation and entertainment come from a combination of restful rooms, friendly service and a superb location. Guests frequently praise the property for its location and staff, reflected in high scores for both categories in recent reviews. Free WiFi adds practical value for those who need to stay connected while traveling, and an efficient check in process starting at 15:00 and continuing until 21:30 helps guests plan late arrivals. Checkout is available from 07:00 to 10:00, letting visitors fit a final morning stroll into their plans. The overall experience focuses on comfort and convenience rather than extensive on site leisure facilities, which suits travelers who prefer a straightforward city break. Who is this hotel ideal for?
