Helpful and serviceminded staff. Location.

Breakfast was lovely…enough choice to set us up for the day ahead. Staff lovely… helpful and attentive. Loved the location. So central but quiet, not far to walk to many of the major sights. Many great restaurants close by. Reception staff were very helpful with answering any questions. One in particular went out of his way to ensure our holiday went smoothly, which we greatly appreciated, as without his assistance we were stuck. Can’t thank him enough for his time and kindness. Our room looked out over the neighbouring mosque and it was a delight to open the curtains and gaze on this stunning building. We had its roof and trees as our view and it was beautiful. This mosque is well worth visiting…almost more blue than the Blue mosque…and so peaceful and tranquil. A beautiful, spiritual place to visit.

The hotel is just few steps from Blue Mosque and there are plenty of restaurants. Grand Bazaar is 10 minutes by walk. Staff in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean.

Helpful and kind staff who helped us carry bags and store our bikes. A comfortable room and nice breakfast. Walkable to all the sights around Sultanahmet too.

Staff were delightful

Location was great. Short (uphill) a bit walk to major attractions. Istanbul is rather hilly! Great breakfast.

We had such a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful – they truly made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The location is excellent: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and other main sights. It’s also very well connected by public transport (metro and tram). The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. When we arrived late in the evening, the staff kindly provided us with bottles of water – such a thoughtful touch. There are also several great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

The property was in a great location, was quiet at night and we liked the fact that it was a more traditional Turkish hotel.

This hotel stands out because of the helpful ness of their staff. One member served us tea and sat down and chatted with us about Turkey and Istanbul. They carried our luggage to our room. When we left the hotel another staff member carried our luggae a few blocks to another hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many items.
