Everything was lovely. The hotel is very small but staff is very nice and care about you and your visit. On our last day they kept our luggage till late although we sat most afternoon in lobby as it was very rainy outside.

Fantastic location. Small but nice rooms. Cleaning every day. Coffee and tee as a welcome drink. But the highlight was a girl who is working on the reception desk named Yesim. She is the best hotel worker i have ever met.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent location. But what truly made my experience special was the warm and professional service from the staff, especially the lady at reception. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Her helpful attitude and genuine smile made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. I can’t thank her enough for making our stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

I felt completely at ease here as a solo woman traveler. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, making me feel very welcome and safe. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of all the main historical attractions.

The staff is amazing, the hospitality at its best. The location is perfect, 1-2 minutes walk to many restaurants, shops, 5-10 minutes walks to any metro or bus station or famous attractions. We will definitely come back soon.

-The location is excellent (5-10 minutes walk to the main attractions, excellent transport interchange, many restaurants for different tastes around) -the staff is amazing in kindness and responsiveness (special respect to Yeshim) -everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, but you can regulate this -the breakfasts are quite modest, but everything is fresh and there is a choice -the price for such a location is just a gift

The location was ideal - in the heart of the old city, beds were comfortable and the hotel is clean. But the best thing about our stay was speaking to Yeṣim on reception. She made us feel so welcome and had lots of info about the city. I would definitely stay here again!
