Generally, our stay was exceptional! The décor of the hotel is absolutely stunning — every corner feels thoughtfully designed. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and perfectly comfortable for four people. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A very cosy and super beautiful hotel. The breakfast is super nice and delicious. The staff are very friendly and always want to help. They helped us to arrange a transportation from the hotel to Cesme Castle when we failed to get a taxi with a reasonable price.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from the town. Lovely boutique hotel and great hospitality by manager Muge. She was very helpful and pleasant and definitely made our stay more special. The staff at breakfast are also very lovely and helpful. Overall a very zen experience and lovely relaxing stay.

It was like those perfect vacation stay, equipped with everything you need! It’s located in a quiet yet easy walking distance to the city center, restaurants and the bus terminals. The swimming pool was also a very nice touch.

Great location very central but still quiet. Friendly staff. Müge is very helpful. The hotel is also a medium size perfect for relaxing. Delicious breakfast by the pool. We extended our stay with the Artotel for extra 3 nights.

The hotel turned out to be even better than the pictures! I was hesitant to book it at first, but it ended up being one of the best choices so glad I went for it. The location is perfect, just a 5min walk to the old town. The staff especially Müge and Haldoun (the owner), went above and beyond to help us with transfers and reservations. The hotel itself was amazing our room had direct access to the pool with a beautiful view. Even though we forgot about the check-out time by mistake, they kindly extended our stay by an hour so we could have our showers and get ready comfortably Truly a great experience!

I stayed a few days at Artotel in Alaçatı and loved every moment. The space is beautifully designed stylish yet cozy. The garden and pool area was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm, attentive, and full of great local tips. It's close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. A lovely boutique experience. I’d happily return!
