Biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location. The room was quite big but it has seen better days. But it is the tax you pay for a bargain price. However I am not very demanding so I was satisfied. For few days of unassuming stay it is fine.

Good location, close to bus stop. Absolutely loved the interior , just like the picture. Neighborhood looks more residential but very close to places we wanted to visit. Recommend

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location We had a truly wonderful experience! The location was ideal—just a short walk to all the major historical landmarks. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with its stunning sea view. The quality of service for the price was exceptional. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent location minutes away from all attractions, nice breakfast, staff close attention like family and no worries that nothing was lost and that we had everything! Located just a few meters from Marmara and with a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace in the morning, this is an extremely clean, safe, super clean and comfortable room with invaluable Wi-Fi. I would always come back!
