Guest Reviews
Exactly where we wanted to be, good area, near transport The attic bedroom provided a truly great view, and was great. We returned a few days later to one of the standard rooms and that was fine but the attic is worth paying a bit more for that view. Liked the quirky art work placed throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Breakfast was good and staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
Location near the cruise terminal
Everything in this hotel is perfect. But especially and without doubt, the kindness and warmth of all the staff. The position is the best, you are near every possible transport, impressive tourist attractions, but it is silent and feels like a home. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Mdme Zeynep, Mdmoiselle Asuman and Monsieur Keres, and a special acknowledgment goes to Peri who made us all feel wonderful during the breakfast time. I can't wait to be back there again!
Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Very clean bedroom and shower facilities
it is a gem! all personnel have very positive energy & attitude
Excellent hotel in a fun location
Well placed and great stay !!
The hotel is in the new city center on the European side. It is on a quiet street in a popular tourist area. The location is unbeatable, very close to the tower, the public transits (the tram, the Metro, the bus), the Bosphorus cruise docking, the pier, the bridge over to the old city, etc. We were upgraded to the sea view with balcony, which has the best view of Istanbul and itself worth a million bucks. The breakfast is standard, a little less impressive than the view, but adequate. We will certainly stay there when we visit again.
Great customer intimacy- whole team available and ready to serve. Breakfast fresh and varied Room with a view superb!
We had a truly wonderful stay! The team went above and beyond to make our visit special – when they found out we were celebrating a special occasion, they surprised us with an upgrade and a beautiful gift. From start to finish, everyone was so lovely and genuinely friendly, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The thoughtful touches and warm atmosphere turned our trip into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
A great, comfortable and modern hotel in a very central location in Galata. We had the room with the Bosphorus and it was great. Staff were very friendly, the hotel was so peaceful even though the area itself is lively. Good breakfast, but the standout is the big pots of filter coffee which is like nectar of the gods the first thing in the morning. The hotel itself was good value especially for the time of year.
The location is perfect, and the view from the top floor corner room is absolutely stunning. We loved the high bed at window sill level looking directly out at the waterfront view ahead. Hotel manager was very considerate and generous about late check out. I want to come back to stay again next trip here!
Great location, lovely staff, very comfy bed
Large comfortable clean rooms and great location. We were on the top floor and had great views across the river!
Great location at a great price. Rooms clean and serviced daily (granted this should be given but many in Istanbul are not!). Room was spacious and AC worked great. 24/7 reception. Plenty of amenities (towels, shower products, water etc provided).
Great location, great bed, great staff, very helpful, went out of their was to help me navigate the metro.
Great stay, nice view of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn.
Fantastic location , yet quiet at night. Rooms very clean, stylish and comfortable ... and provided everything you need. Good breakfast.
The location is perfect : two thirds down the Galata hill, a stone's throw away from the Karaköy tram stop and jetty, and just above the entrance to Tunel, you can quickly get from here to everywhere in Istanbul, be it on foot, by tram, by boat, or by metro. As for the room, it was big and spacious and the bed super comfortable. We stayed a week, no problem ! Staff were very very welcoming and super friendly, and breakfast was plentiful.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice view on the city and Bosporus. It's located in a quiet street and had no issues with late night disturbances due to noices from within or outside the hotel. Easy walk to public transportation or the Galata district. Would stay here again!
