Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully designed in a way that is ultra comfortable, but also matches well with the aesthetic of the amazing location in the Old Town. The service is wonderful, with people who were dedicated to ensuring we had a great stay. This sort of property is a rare find. We had breakfast twice and dinner at 1 of the hotel restaurants, Hare, serving Turkish cuisine which was the best we've ever had throughout our various trips to Türkiye. The service especially though was top-notch. Our waiter for all of these meals, Yasin took excellent care of us, and through his dedication ensured we had very memorable and enjoyable meals. One last thing that stood out; sometimes, especially in tourist areas, you are bombarded with QR code cards and requests to write a review on Google or Trip Advisor; in this case NOBODY mentioned or suggested writing a review; it was refreshing that the staff and management here are content to let the OUTSTANDING service and quality speak for itself. I can attest, the glowing reviews you will find here are not here because they were suggested, but because, as in our case, there is a genuine excitement to share what a wonderful experience we had here. Hands down, one of the most enjoyable stays and dining experiences we've had.
